Architect/Builder.Sandro is a 2005 graduate of the prestigious school of Architecture in Venice, Italy. He has over 15 years of experience in architecture, design and construction management.
Richard MarazziAs well as having run his own design firm and being a successful entrepreneur for the past 10 years, Richard is also a graduate of construction engineering. He brings to the development a solid understanding of project management and a meticulous attention to detail.
Sandro has developed 10+ condos, 3 hotels and 5 private residences since making Playa Del Carmen his home in 2011. Sandro has extensive experience in multi-unit condos and is familiar with the procedures and challenges a project of this scope brings.
